Matthew J. Tibert, PT, DPT, CSCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Matthew J. Tibert received his Master's in Physical Therapy at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2000. He furthered his education and received a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2010. Matthew received a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology in 1997 at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He has been certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 1998. Matthew's professional goal is to maximize every patient's functional mobility in the safest and most effective way possible. Musculoskeletal rehabilitation of the shoulder, knee, spine, foot and ankle are his area of expertise and clinical interest.
Brandi N. Oakley, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Brandi N. Oakley received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in Portland, ME in 2010. She graduated from Duke University in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2007. Brandi's professional goal is to improve every patient's quality of life by helping them reach their functional goals. In her spare time, Brandi enjoys running, road cycling, and training her Golden Retriever puppy.
Jamie Liberatore
Physical Therapy Aide
Jamie graduated from Dean College with an Associate of Science degree. She enjoys helping each patient achieve their goals for a full recovery. Jamie also works as a personal trainer at FitnessPro and incorporates functional training into her routines with all clients to help them reach their health and fitness goals. In her spare time, Jamie likes to exercise and spend time with her family and friends.
Carmine DePaola, CFT, ACSM, ISSA
Physical Therapy Aide

Carmine has made a career helping people work towards their fitness goals but finds it just as satisfying helping people work their way through an injury or physical limitation. He finds that there is a similar path to improvement in both physical therapy and fitness training. When Carmine isn't working at Franklin PT he's easy to find participating in his own training or volunteering as an assistant wrestling and strength and conditioning coach in Holliston.
Melissa Colwell
Physical Therapy Aide
Melissa graduated from Worcester State College in 2008 with a Bachelor's in Health Education. As a student, she played defense for the Women's soccer team and did an internship at the Worcester State Athletic Department working one on one with athletes on their sports related exercise programs. She enjoys working here at Franklin PT, helping to guide each patient towards a full recovery. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys working out, running road races, traveling, and spending valuable time with her friends and family.
Katie Gundling
Physical Therapy Aide/Student
Katie graduated from Saint Michael's College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University. She enjoys working with patients to progress toward their functional goals. In her spare time, Katie enjoys following the Red Sox and Patriots, listening to country music, and spending time with family and friends.
