"Franklin Physical Therapy got me to the start and their hearts brought me to the finish!' A close friend of mine recommended Franklin Physical Therapy and said they'd take good care of me. She was right! From the minute I walked through the door the staff made me feel exceedingly comfortable.

The treatment plan and exercises were always explained thoroughly. They addressed all of my questions and I never felt rushed during my appointments. The upbeat staff got to know me as a person, which truly helped me remain positive! I learned so many things from them and without a doubt feel like I've become a better runner. On April 19, 2010, I fulfilled my dream of running the Boston Marathon. Thank you Franklin Physical Therapy!"

Testimonials

"I just wanted to thank you all for your help in my physical therapy. You are really lucky to have a great staff that actually knows what they are doing and they do it well. It makes it so much easier to have physical therapy when you have a group of professionals that make the therapy easier to get through by being so pleasant and thoughtful.

I am so glad my doctor recommended I come see you for physical therapy and I will tell everyone I know to come see you if they need physical therapy. I just can't say enough about you and your staff. You really made these two months fly for me and I think I have learned some things from all of you.

Once again, thank you for all your help."

"'Franklin Physical Therapy got me to the start and their hearts brought me to the finish!' I thought it was piece of cake. As I trained for the 2010 Boston Marathon I ran virtually injury free. My fundraising was done. I had raised $16,000 for cancer research. It should have been smooth sailing to race day. Not quite... three weeks before the race during my last 22 mile training run I felt pain in my right foot. By the time I finished I was limping. Posterior tibialis tendonitis was the diagnosis. Could my dream of running the Boston Marathon be shattered just like that?

A close friend of mine recommended Franklin Physical Therapy and said they'd take good care of me. She was right! From the minute I walked through the door Matt and his staff made me feel exceedingly comfortable. The treatment plan and exercises were always explained thoroughly. They addressed all of my questions (no matter how silly I thought they were), and I never felt rushed during my appointments.

The upbeat staff got to know me as a person, which truly helped me remain positive! I learned so many things from them and without a doubt feel like I've become a better runner. On April 19, 2010, I fulfilled my dream of running the Boston Marathon. Thank you Franklin Physical Therapy!

Franklin Physical Therapy helped me to turn my dream into my reality, when, on April 18th I successfully completed my very first Boston Marathon. From the time I was a child, though I was not a “born runner”, I had always dreamt about someday participating in, and completing this amazing, challenging, wonderful event. While I was on my way to doing just that this year, finding success in the rigorous training that was required of me and during one of our most challenging winters in recent years, I was nearly sidelined by a hip injury that befell me during the month of February…..just nine short weeks before the big day! I had a bad case of bursitis, and it showed no signs of subsiding. My pain was intense, and it seemed that the dream was on the verge of being shattered.

Panic-stricken, I spoke with a fellow runner, also in training for the marathon, and she immediately recommended that I pay a visit to Matthew Tibert of Franklin Physical Therapy, whom she had also chosen for her physical therapy needs. Aside from my decision to run the Boston Marathon, my decision to seek treatment at Franklin Physical Therapy was one of the best I have ever made. From my very first phone call onward, I was greeted with warmth, care, and a sincere desire on the part of the entire staff for my absolute success. I quickly grew fond of everyone at Franklin Physical Therapy, as I came to realize that to put my trust in them was to put my trust in the fact that I would, with Matt’s help and the help of everyone there, not only be at the starting line on April 18th, but that I would arrive at the finish line as well….strong, healthy, and proud! And this is exactly what happened. With the right combination of stretching and strength training exercises, coupled with massage, ultrasound and other advanced techniques directed at my problem areas, I could feel myself getting stronger, healing, and re-gaining my confidence with each and every visit.

When I returned to the facility, post-marathon, I came to learn that the entire group had been following my progress on Marathon Monday, and were rooting for me every step of the way. I brought my finisher’s medal with me to show everyone, for they played an enormous role in my ability to earn that medal, and in the degree of pride and happiness which I continue to experience each day.

Many thanks to Matthew Tibert, and to everyone at Franklin Physical Therapy, for helping to make my dream come true! My heart is full, and I am grateful to all of you!
